RockySmart collects only the information needed to review repair requests, communicate with customers and provide requested repair services.

Information we collect

When you submit a repair request, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, device model, description of the problem and any photos you choose to attach.

How we use it

We use this information to understand the reported problem, respond to your request, prepare an initial estimate, arrange diagnostics and communicate about the repair. We do not sell your personal information.

Form processing

Repair-request forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to RockySmart by email. FormSubmit states that submission data is retained in its archive for 30 days; uploaded files are not available through that archive API. The applicable email provider also handles the delivered request.

Device photos

Only attach photos needed to show the device or damage. Before uploading, remove or cover serial numbers, account details, personal documents and anything else you do not want to share.

Retention and security

Request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, maintain repair records or meet applicable obligations. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit passwords or account-access codes.

Website analytics

RockySmart does not currently send website analytics to a third-party analytics provider. If analytics is enabled before public launch, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before analytics data is collected. Repair-request contents and contact details will not be used as analytics event data.

Your choices

You may ask RockySmart to correct or delete information connected to your request, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
