Before you book
a repair.
Do you repair laptop motherboards instead of replacing them?
Yes. When practical, we diagnose faults at component level and repair the damaged circuit, connector or chip. The final recommendation depends on the condition and value of the device.
Can a liquid-damaged MacBook or laptop be repaired?
Often, but it should be disconnected from power and assessed as soon as possible. We inspect the board for corrosion and electrical damage before recommending repair.
Do you repair no-power and charging problems?
Yes. We diagnose no-power, intermittent charging, damaged charging ports, USB-C power faults, short circuits and related motherboard problems.
Is the diagnostic fee added to the repair price?
No. The $40 diagnostic fee is applied toward the approved repair. If you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee covers the time spent testing the device and identifying the fault.
Which game consoles do you repair in Calgary?
We assess PlayStation 5 and PS4, Xbox Series X and Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Switch OLED, Switch Lite, Steam Deck and other consoles. Common faults include damaged HDMI and USB-C ports, no signal, no power, overheating, charging and board damage.

What warranty is provided on repairs?
Warranty coverage depends on the repair performed and the parts used. We confirm the applicable warranty before work begins, so you know exactly what is covered.
How long will diagnostics and repair take?
Timing depends on the fault, device condition and parts availability. After the initial review, we will explain the next step. Once the device is assessed, we will give you the best available time estimate before repair begins.
