What does the $40 diagnostic fee cover?
It covers testing and fault identification. If you approve the repair, the $40 fee is applied toward that repair.
Can you repair a liquid-damaged laptop or MacBook?
Often, but the outcome depends on corrosion and electrical damage. Disconnect it from power and arrange an assessment as soon as possible.
Do you repair motherboards instead of replacing them?
When practical, yes. We diagnose charging circuits, power rails, connectors and damaged components before recommending board replacement.
What warranty is provided?
Warranty coverage depends on the repair performed and the parts used. We confirm the applicable warranty before work begins.
